Right Zone 5 to 6

At the beginning of the clip, it corresponded to RZ5 which demonstrated some a pleural line and a fractal line.  However, a large heterogenous echoic lesion was seen at the base of the right thorax -- the entire RZ6 -- with a small rim of pleural fluid around it.

This lesion exhibit no features of lung parechyma.
