Right Zone 4

Spine sign was positive: it is clearly visible cranial to the diaphragm.

The pleural space was echoic which would either be (a) echoic fluid, or (b) mass.  Given the diaphragm appeared to be concaved into the liver by an echoic lesion, the latter was favoured.
