The view was not ideal. However, it demonstrated that the LV was hypokinetic.
In addition, most notably, the mitral valve was not opening adequately -- particularly the anterior leaflet. The differential for this would be systolic heart failure and/or mitral stenosis.
The aortic valve appeared thickened and calcified though the image resolution was rather poor.
