Mitral valve regurgitation was detected. The jet was very prominent -- shooting all the way into the posterior aspect of the left atrium which would suggest a severe MR.
In addition, notice the direction of the regurgitation jet: it was not centered, but directed towards to left atrial wall. This was an eccentric regurgitation jet.
